In episode 16 we see that Jiang Li drank some liquor and starts dancing in the rain with Duke Su and tells him that he is handsome.
From episode 20 the love story begins. But be careful, as the love story in this drama is secondary.
In episode 18, Xue Fang Fei confesses his true identity to the Duke.
He already suspected it, but with her confession, it shows that they are now a team to carry out revenge.
Although Xue Fang Fei is told that his father is dead, in reality his father was taken as a slave to the princess’s mines.

Lady Hue takes her own life and leaves a letter saying that Ji Shu Ran killed Jiang Li’s mother
It is also discovered that Jiang Li was not to blame for the death of Ji Shu Ran’s baby.
Ji Shu Ran loses his mind and spends his days taking care of the family graves.
The Princess fell in love at first sight with Shen Yu Rong and hated to see that Xue Fang Fei had a free and happy life.
Not like the princess, who was given as a wife to stop the war and suffered various abuses by her husband
Yes, Xue Fang Fei’s brother and dad are alive.
The princess sent Fang Fei’s father to work as a slave in some mines. She manages to rescue him, but his father loses his lucidity and regains it at the end of the drama.
The brother was kidnapped by the princess. But in the end Fang Fei rescues him.
The princess is poisoned by Shen Yu Rong. When he tells her that he poisoned her and that he never loved her.
Then she takes the pin out of her hair, gives it to him in his hand, and then she sticks it in her stomach, so that Yu Rong can be blamed for her death.
Shen Yu Rong and Princess Wan Ning got married in episode 36
As Shen Yu Rong planned the coup, then the guards chase him and he wounds the duke.
Then Fang Fei goes after him with a bow and when she was going to shoot him, she tells him that she won’t kill him because he doesn’t hate him.
Sheng Yu Rong was on top of the wall and when Fang Fei dropped the bow and started to leave, Yu Rong jumped off the wall and took his own life before the guards could catch him.
His family loses everything and are sent to prison for being relatives of the coup plotter.
Li’s uncle is expelled by the family because he kidnapped her.
Jiang Li’s father tells Feng Fei that he already knew who she really was. He asks her if Jiang Li suffered a lot in the end to which Feng Fei told him that she and Tong were with Jiang Li until the last second.
The whole family is going to live in Hangzhou, so Feng Fei can now live peacefully with her real father and brother.
Jiang Li’s father tells Feng Fei not to tell grandma the truth.
She is taken hostage. But she takes her own life so that the king doesn´t get blackmailed.
In the end she was faithful to him until death.
